You'll be guided by two experienced teachers: Noemi - founder of Beyond Move, who specialises in rehabilitation and clinical Pilates, alongside the wonderful Tali. Their combined expertise ensures clear, personalised instruction and practical knowledge for lasting improvement.

Soundhealing deeply activates and ignites our cells, helping us evolve, expand, and express our inner beauty. And we combine with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony.
This unique offering is your chance to come together, focus on self-care, and allow the vibrations to cleanse your energy and deeply relax your nervous system. We'll gently guide you out of your head and into your body for a restorative sound journey with crystal bowls and other healing sounds.

You'll be lying down on the floor for most of the session, so please bring a blanket, pillow, or cushions to ensure your comfort and warmth. An eye mask can also deepen your experience if you wish.
Before the session: Try not to eat or drink anything heavy an hour before we start. This helps your body conserve energy for the session, rather than using it for digestion.
