Beyond Move is made up of 2 studios, where we run all of our classes and services from. We believe in providing a welcoming, comfortable and warm environment, where you can feel at ease during your classes.
We thrive on making Beyond Move a social hub where you can share your experiences, tips and anecdotes with each other – as well as providing a space where you can feel confident within yourself and around others.

Noemi Nagy-Bhavsar
Founder of Beyond Move
Noemi’s background is in neuro-rehabilitation. She finds joy in teaching movements and passing her knowledge about small adjustments to help people feel a greater benefit of the exercises.
She has a positive and encouraging approach and believes nothing is impossible. She helps you feel safe and confident to make your first step in Pilates journey – whatever level you are at.
Noemi is originally from Hungary. Her Peto Institute training route inspired her approach to teaching with kindness, expertise and inclusion.

Beyond Move Relationship Manager
Pop Pilates & Barre TeacherKelli’s enthusiastic and fun-loving spirit has been an integral part of the Beyond Move team since the start. A classically trained ballet and contemporary dancer, she discovered Cassey Ho’s Pop Pilates in 2012. After experiencing the benefits for her body and mind, she pursued her teaching qualification. Kelli’s bright, sociable personality and vibrant music infuse her classes with pure joy. She aims to create an environment where participants not only enjoy their workouts but also focus on their fitness goals.

Beyond Move’s Social Planner
APPI Certified Matwork Pilates & Pre- Postnatal Pilates InstructorOlga was diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age; she learnt to from a young age that movement is extremely important to stay healthy and pain-free. She has fallen in love with Pilates as a functional and low-impact exercise – with an eternal variety of movements to offer. She loves to spread the beauty of Pilates by teaching it to others, helping them to achieve their health goals and tailoring exercises to their personal needs safely and effectively.

Stacey
Basi Pilates & Garuda Teacher
Stacy is an accomplished athlete in her own right. Since a young age, Stacy has trained for the Modern pentathlon and later for Fencing and Snowboarding competitions.
Stacy has a passion for learning and constantly keeps renewing her knowledge. A proud teacher of BASI Pilates and the Garuda method, she keeps her classes fresh, varied, fun, effective, and flowy. You would never get bored in her classes.

Lara
Pilates & Yoga Teacher
Lara's teaching style is clear, concise, and fun —You'll leave every class feeling energised and accomplished!
After experiencing the mental and physical benefits of yoga while studying and working, Lara decided to leave her career in finance to pursue her passion for yoga. She completed her Level 3 Personal Training Certificate and travelled to India for her 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Additionally, her love for Pilates led her to further training, and she is now a certified mat and reformer Pilates teacher. Lara's fascination with anatomy and physiology means you’ll learn about the benefits of each pose as you practise together!

Dynamic Pilates & Barre Teacher – Body Control Pilates
As a professional dancer and performer, our beautiful Rachel is always looking to deepen her understanding of the body; she enjoys sharing the benefits of her experience with others, whether it's injury rehabilitation with young dancers or you lovely Beyonders. Rachel’s classes emphasise body empowerment, fun and flow.
Rachel teaches Dynamic Pilates in advanced classes. Flowing exercises together make classes more about enjoying movement whilst maintaining Pilates principles.

Yang to Ying Yoga Teacher
Laura's passion for yoga and wellbeing lead to training as a teacher. She loves leading practices that enable you to turn down the noise from the outside world, in order to find some peace and space in your body and mind. A guide with a Yorkshire twang, who sometimes confuses her left and right. We breathe, let go, soften and build strength as she guides you through the practice. Guiding us back home.
As well as teaching yoga, Laura is a also a sound healing practitioner.

Hatha & Restorative Yoga Teacher
Smita is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 21 years of experience and 2000+ hours of training. Also a qualified Herbalist and Lecturer in Herbal Medicine and Ayurveda, she integrates traditional wisdom with therapeutic movement practices. Her work blends movement, mindfulness, and plant medicine to support holistic wellness. Grounded in both ancient traditions and modern science, she guides others toward balance, vitality, and inner peace through practices that honor the body, mind, and natural rhythms of life.

Barre Teacher & Stretch & Lengthen
As a New Zealand-born contemporary dancer and certified barre fitness instructor, Hannah loves bringing her energy and her extensive knowledge of all kinds of dance styles to the classes at Beyond Move. She is emphasising control, flow and fun!
Since relocating to London, Hannah has dedicated herself to helping others. With the priority of care and inclusivity at the forefront, Hannah has a passion for ensuring that everyone in her classes feels welcome and capable of empowering themselves through fitness.

Jane is a rehabilitation Pilates instructor specialising in pre-/postnatal care, injury recovery, posture correction, and osteoporosis. She is one of our 1:1 reformer teachers and covers group classes whenever she is available. She is so loved by our clients.

Sound Healer & Cacao Ceremonialist
Madeleine works in the healing arts of sound therapy and plant medicines, passionately creating sacred spaces where you can relax, reconnect, and return home to yourself..
Through the power of ritual, sound, and cacao, she gently guides others into deep rest, inner stillness, and emotional healing.
