Laura will guide you through grounding somatic practices and a powerful conscious connected breathwork session to deeply exhale and release the winter blues, bringing you home to yourself before dropping into a beautiful relaxation as Madeleine baths you in a cocoon of sound that will awaken your inner spring. You'll be lying down on the floor for most of the session, so please bring a blanket, pillow, or cushions to ensure your comfort and warmth. An eye mask can also deepen your experience if you wish.
Before the session, try not to eat or drink anything heavy for an hour before we start. This helps your body conserve energy for the session, rather than using it for digestion.
