Pilates is for anyone, regardless of their shape or size. It’s fun, energising and calming
BARRE
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Pilates & Yoga. It is low-impact but high-intensity movement and is designed to strengthen your body and core in ways that few other workouts can.
YOGA
Yoga is for everyone, and anyone is welcome to join. The intensity of your workout will depend on which form of yoga you choose. Yoga can help lessen chronic pain, manage stress and promote a positive outlook.
PETO PILATES
The Peto Pilates Method is a carefully designed programme for individuals with movement difficulties and neurological conditions. We proudly offer sessions for those with disabilities, adapting Pilates exercises for conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Ataxia, Stroke, and Cerebral Palsy.
1 TO 1 & REFORMER
Uniquely tailored, balanced, and focused. The most obvious benefit of having a private Pilates class starts from the immediate fact that you have the teacher’s undivided attention. Choices, instructions, and explanations of exercises are all tailored for you specifically.
PRE- & POSTNATAL
These specialised classes are focusing on women's health, muscle connection, alignment and posture – as during pregnancy, and after birth the body goes through many changes and you will need slightly different pilates and support.
TEEN PILATES
Our teen classes offer Pilates conditioning, stretching, and dance in a safe, friendly environment. Starting young builds confidence and a natural approach to exercise, promoting healthy breathing, posture, stress reduction, and body-mind connection.

Our studio is beautiful, calm and clean. We’ve been extra careful to provide free step entry for our disabled clients and our mums with pushchairs. We have disabled toilets and changing facilities.
Parking: There’s parking on the streets surrounding the studio, and you can also park for 2 hours for free at ALDI.
FOUNDER
I started the studio because I strongly believe movement and improved posture add to our sense of wellbeing. I’m on a mission to help everyone feel more confident about their movement.
I named the studio Beyond Move because we include everyone regardless of size, age, identity or ability – including people with congenital and acquired injuries.
I personally strive to enable and nurture a strong community. One less interested in how we look in the studio and more in how we can empower ourselves and others.
