Yay! We are so excited to start this journey with you. Please progress gradually, video by video, even though you find it slow or easy.

Keep in your mind that slow and steady wins the race!

We will add a bonus video at the end, which is a 1h full class - once you are confident with it, you are ready to start joining in other pilates & yoga classes.
Please bear in mind that abdominal crunches still best to avoid for a bit longer or be very mindful of how you perform them.
