Your membership will renew every month on the activation date per the length of your contract; an active credit card must be kept on file.
Are you going on a long trip or just not going to be able to make it in for a while? You can always freeze your 12-month contract for up to 30 days every 6 months. We will always make exceptions for medical reasons.
Recurring Memberships automatically renew after the initial commitment is completed. If you do not wish to continue after the initial commitment has been met, please email hello@beyondmove.com at least 30 days before your billing date.
MEMBERSHIP- THINGS TO KNOW
LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before your class starts, and your class will be credited back to your account.
If you cancel within the 12-hour late cancellation window, your account will lose the class credit.
If you do not cancel or do not show up for your class, you will be charged a no-show fee of £15, regardless of the package or membership you use to book the class.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so via our website or app.

All classes must be pre-paid. Class booking is confirmed.
All sales are final. They are non-refundable.
Grip socks are suggested for all classes and can be purchased at the studio.

The most obvious benefit of having a private Pilates class starts from the immediate fact you have the instructor’s undivided attention. Choices, instructions, and explanations of exercises are all tailored for one specific Body and Mind.

Do you have back pain, and your GP has advised to do Pilates? If so, our holistic, moving-the-body approach can give you the right start. We specialise in rehabilitation in postpartum, injury or surgery, complex needs in the spine and hips, and hypermobility.

With different cueing and tactile feedback, we can guide you to feel more balanced and confident. With our 1:1 assessment and private package, you can get tailor-made sessions where you feel more connected to your core. More aligned, flexible and feeling stronger.
