TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a class with Beyond Move, either through online booking, card payment, or by cheque, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.  

We want you to enjoy and benefit from your Pilates and  Movement classes. The terms and conditions below are set out to help you do this in a safe environment. If  anything is unclear, or you have questions regarding our

OPENING HOURS

A weekly schedule with classes every day of the week. 

Our opening hours are:

8am-9pm Mon-Friday

9am-9pm Saturdays

10am-4pm on Sundays.

The studio is closed on Bank Holidays. 

By booking classes with us, you will receive:

  • Expert, experienced teaching from fully qualified Pilates and Conductive Movement teachers, Yoga and Barre teachers.

  • Small class sizes and the choice of a small group class with the benefit of our rescheduling system or courtesy make up class.


CANCELLATION POLICY AT BEYOND MOVE

CANCELLATION – We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private and duet sessions. If you do not cancel before the cancellation window, you will be charged for your session. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. If you are a no-show for the class/session, you will be charged a £15 no-show fee.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis only in cases where you have late canceled online, no exceptions for No-Shows will be granted at Beyond Move. You may request not to be charged for the late canceled session in writing within 1 day (best if done before the session) if you feel such action is warranted at hello@beyondmove.com. Beyond Move Team will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 7 days.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing class and no discount or charges will apply.

The cancellation policy gives us time to inform our waitlist clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Beyond Move policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. By booking a class with Beyond Move, either through online booking, card payment, or BACS, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. We want you to enjoy and benefit from your Pilates and Movement classes, so in order to keep it fair for all clients and teachers, we have a strict booking and cancellation policy in place. If you cancel outside of the cancellation window afforded to you please respect that we are within our rights to apply the policy as stated below, and make no exception. If anything is unclear, or you have questions regarding our Cancellation Policy, please contact us at hello@beyondmove.com. If we cancel, we can guarantee we will re-credit the pass or, where applicable refund the cost of the class.


BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Bookings made online booking are final; no refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase. Your class or session is confirmed on receipt of payment. If you choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque, your place is only secure once we have received the payment and notified you of receipt.


HOW TO RESCHEDULE  

Please ensure you reschedule more than 12 hours before the class starts time to avoid forfeiting your class credit.

If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or  appointment, please do the following: 

1. Log into your account on our site and click “Cancel”  or “Reschedule” next to the class you wish to cancel on your Schedule.  

2. “Late Cancel” appears when the online cancellation period has passed. 

3. If you are authorised to reschedule, you will see the option on your screen.  

4. If you get stuck with rescheduling, please get in touch and let us know. 

Please note: We will respond to emails within 72 hours.


WAITLISTS

If you are booked on the waitlist when a space opens up,  you will automatically be added from the waitlist to that class.  

You can view which classes you are registered for through your account. If you have email notifications enabled in your account, you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. (Please add  hello@beyondmove.com to your email safe senders list  to stop automatic emails from going into spam.) 

Waitlist clients who are given more than 24 hours’ notice and who can no longer attend, must cancel before the 24-hour cut-off. Cancellations made after that period are considered chargeable if ‘drop in’, or would count towards the members’ cancellation fee if a member. 

If there is not more than 24 hours of notice, there is no fee for sign-ups coming from the waitlist who do not show up or cancel. However, if it is possible to cancel we would be grateful to know in advance as a courtesy to our teachers. 

If you are double booked, for example, you are on the waiting list for an in-studio class and also booked into one of our online classes, just email us and let us know and we will re-credit you your pass. 


REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured a note from your doctor must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis, after which a pause, credit or refund may be considered.  


‘DROP-IN’ & 10 CLASS PACKAGE - LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy for ‘drop-in’ & 10 Class Package classes differs from the policies for courses or memberships. 

Cancellations 12 hours or less from the class start time and no-shows are chargeable and cannot be swapped for another class. Please cancel your ‘drop-in’ class reservation at least 12 hours before the start of class.

10-CLASS PACKAGE EXPIRY Policy

  1. Our Private, Reformer & Duett package has a 90 days expiry date.

  2. Our Peto Pilates 10 class package has a longer expiry date - this can be discussed based on individual needs.

  3. Please note that some of our Special offers & packages may have different expiry terms.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP 

The monthly memberships have a 3-, 6- or 12-month  minimum requirement when purchasing. After this time,  the payments will continue until you give notice of termination. SPECIAL OFFER MEMBERSHIP is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 


PAYMENTS

Payments will be taken every 30 days from the date of your first payment.


LEFTOVER CLASSES

Our membership options include 4x, 8x classes a month or 12x  classes a month can be used throughout the month. Classes cannot be carried over to the next month.

CLASS CANCELLATION OF IN-STUDIO CLASSES FOR MEMBERS

Members at Beyond Move must cancel classes no later than 12 hours before the class. You can do this via the booking system, email, message or phone to cancel your class. Appointments made are not transferable to another person. You may cancel your booking without charge up to 12 hours before starting the session you have booked. After 3 late cancellations, an additional £5 will be charged to your stored credit card.

No show is an additional £15/class.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Beyond Move reserves the right to review and change membership fees periodically. There are 3 and 12-month membership options. Your monthly membership fees will remain the same as at your membership start date throughout your contracted period. Once your contract period has come to an end, the membership fee will be charged at the rate at the renewal time. 


PAYMENTS 

Payments will be taken each month from the date of your first payment on your stored card. If payment fails, we will try again to take payment in 2 days’ time to renew your membership.


FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

We can freeze your monthly subscriptions if you are on a 12-month membership. We can freeze it every six months for up to 30 days. If you have unexpected, exceptional circumstances, such as if you give us the great news that you are pregnant or the sad news that you are suffering ill health or injury, we will take it into consideration and may extend the expiry date/ pause membership.  

Additional holds are available for £25 per week.


MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION 

To terminate your membership, you must give us 30 days’ notice via email to hello@beyondmove.com. This will indicate the time when no further membership payments will be taken. No pro-rata payments or refunds for the part used months will be permitted. If you wish the membership to terminate after 3, 6 or 12 months, you must notify us 30 days before the end of this period to ensure that no further payment will be taken from your account.

6 WEEK COURSES

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES

Your 6-week classes of studio & online classes are valid for only the course you have booked.

You can ‘carry over’ 1 class. We ask you only to make use of it if you really need to miss a class. The policy only applies to the Term Only classes, and 24h cancellation period is required.


Class & Course Cancellations by Beyond Move

Beyond Move reserves the right to cancel a course if minimum course bookings are not achieved for any scheduled course. In such a circumstance you will be offered an alternative date for the same class and/or course. Beyond Move will not be liable for any costs incurred for travel, accommodation or any other such expenses incurred by any course delegate.

We reserve the right to change the advertised teacher if the teacher is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. No money will be refunded if the class teacher changes. If there are 2 or fewer persons signed up for a Class, Beyond Move reserves the right to cancel the class. You will be notified of the cancellation, and a full refund/credit will be given to you.

If a teacher becomes unavailable, we will ensure, where possible, that another teacher replaces them. Where this is not possible or where a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a credit note to all those who have previously booked that class. Beyond Move will not be liable for any other incurred costs or damages to the customers from a cancellation.

CHANGE OF COURSE DATE:

Beyond Move reserves, the right to change a course date should the need arise for any reason whatsoever. In such circumstances, Beyond Move will not be liable for any costs incurred by delegates in relation to travel and accommodation or any other such expenses.


DEFINITIONS

1) In these terms and conditions, the following words shall (except where the context otherwise admits) mean the following: – “Beyond Move Membership” means Beyond Move Ltd (registered number 11872503), which operates the business managing the benefits as listed in the member flyer/guide. The “Membership” year means the duration of one calendar year from commencement/ payment by the individual or company whilst Beyond

Move Ltd is registered at Companies House. (registered number 11872503).

MEMBERSHIP

2) (2.1) All applications for Membership of Beyond Move will be made online or in Beyond Move Studio.

Each application for membership is conditional. (2.2) All applicants for membership must:-

a) be over the age of 18, and proof of age must be provided upon demand.

b) be a credit card/and or bank account holder

c) declare any health issues in particularly (but not by way of limitation) any which may relate to exercise or increased physical activity

d) accept that they undertake participation in membership/activities associated with membership entirely at their own risk.

3) Beyond Move offer a 7 day right to cancel the period for all new members. If within 7 days of payment of your joining, you are not entirely satisfied with your decision Simply cancel your subscription on our booking system.

4) Beyond Move Membership reserves the right to refuse membership to prospective members without giving a reason and further reserves the right to refuse a refund to Members who terminate their membership early.

5) If during a membership year a member wishes to terminate their membership they can submit their request in writing to Beyond Move Ltd. and BM are under no obligation to make a refund of any fee, but will consider each application upon its merits and may entirely at its discretion make an appropriate refund.

SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION OF MEMBERS

6) Beyond Move Ltd reserves the right at all times to suspend or expel members or to prevent for any reason any member from receiving any of the benefits as laid out by their respective membership category.

CONDUCT OF MEMBERS

7) Members shall conduct themselves in a sensible, safe and socially acceptable manner whilst participating in Membership activities on Beyond Move premises or at events organised by Beyond Move or any of its subsidiary or partner companies.

EFFECT OF CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT AND/OR THE WITHDRAWAL OF A MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT

8) Beyond Move reserves the right to alter, amend,  suspend or withdraw any member benefit without prior notice or consultation with members. Members shall not hold Beyond Move Ltd responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for a change to the membership package. 

(9) In the event of the cancellation of an activity, class, or meeting, members shall not hold Beyond Move Ltd responsible in any way whatsoever where cancellation is as a result of the failure of a supplier or is owing to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Beyond Move  Ltd. 

10) Where a member purports to cancel or fails to attend an activity, class, meeting or event, where a membership discount or benefit has been applied, no payment can be refunded and any monies still owing will be become due immediately. 

CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

11) Beyond Move Ltd reserves the right at all times to make changes to membership terms and conditions without prior notice or consent from members.

(12) Beyond Move Ltd reserves the right to add, amend, suspend or withdraw any constituent part of the membership package without prior notice or consent from members.

(13) Beyond Move Ltd reserves the right to alter membership criteria at any time without prior notice or consent from members.


Liability Release FOR ALL PARTICIPANT

  • I understand that my teacher is a qualified and insured Pilates mat class Instructor and/or  Conductive Movement Therapist and/or Barre or  Yoga Instructor or another instructor.

  • I understand that Beyond Move is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.  

  • I will tell the teacher of anything painful/unusual I  experience in the class and between classes.  

  • I will stop doing the exercise or follow the alternatives given if I or the teacher thinks it appropriate.  

  • I understand my teacher may offer professional advice relating to my ability to exercise, and they may consider it unprofessional to continue to teach me if I do not wish to follow that advice.  

  • I will keep my teacher updated on any changes in my medical condition.  

  • I understand that all exercise carries a risk, and I  voluntarily participate in Beyond Move classes with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury,  property loss or death.  

  • I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Beyond Move or its members for any personal injury, property damage/ loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.  

  • If you are struggling with anything in your class, or have any problems or concerns, please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help. 

BEYOND MOVE DOES NOT ACCEPT  ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY  BODILY HARM THAT MAY ARISE  DURING OR AFTER ATTENDANCE OF BEYOND MOVE CLASSES & COURSES. 


Equipment

We supply all the equipment you need, including mats.  

For hygiene and comfort reasons, please clean the mats and the equipment after use.  Please check our Covid Policy for further information


Lost Property

We make all our venues as safe as we can, but any belongings are kept in the studio at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or stolen.  

If you think you have left something in any of the studios, do let us know, and we will endeavour to find it for you. We will check for your property as soon as we are able and let you know if we find it. Hopefully, we can arrange for you to pick it up when one of us is 

teaching there. However, if we cannot find a suitable time, you may have to wait until your next class to receive your property back.


Photo/Video Release:

Beyond Move will occasionally have photographs and/or promotional videos taken during an event, class, workshop or session for use in print and electronic marketing materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, advertisements, newsletters and the Beyond Move and other associated websites.

Beyond Move retains the full rights to use these materials in promoting and marketing all courses, workshops, future conferences and any other Beyond Move events not mentioned herein.

Should we intend to use your image, we will endeavour to ask you for your permission in writing.


Pregnancy Guidelines:

In the first trimester, all courses & classes should be suitable for an uncomplicated pregnancy. This is providing that you exercise pre-pregnancy and have discussed this with your GP / Midwife. However, with  the exception of our Ante & Post Natal classes & 

courses, we would generally recommend against participating in classes & courses after the 1st trimester,  as you will not be able to experience these classes fully during this time. 


BEYOND MOVE LTD & NAME AND TRADEMARK

14) The Beyond Move logo and Peto Pilates are registered trademarks and no one has any rights to use the name without the express permission of the brand owners or their authorised representatives. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF BEYOND MOVE  LTD 

15) Notwithstanding anything else contained in this agreement, Beyond Move Ltd, shall not be liable to the member for any losses, expenses or other indirect or consequential loss whether arising from negligence,  breach of contract or howsoever. 


Beyond Move Products 

Please Note: When ordering products, you are ordering from Beyond Move Ltd.

Uk Delivery:  

Deliveries within the UK are dispatched using Royal  Mail or Hermes. Larger items weighing over 2kg are sent by courier. Items dispatched for the Highlands &  

Islands may take 10 – 14 days. Goods ordered after 10  am (GMT) are dispatched on the next working day. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.  Occasionally, goods may be delivered in several consignments. Please also note that we do not dispatch at weekends, nor are there any weekend deliveries. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. 

Failed Deliveries:

Our courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel once, between the hours of 9am to  6pm, Monday-Friday. The courier will leave a card with your local Post Office details for you to go and collect your parcel within 5 working days. If you do not collect your parcel within 5 working days, it will be sent back to  Beyond Move Limited, and you will have to re-pay the postage and packaging. To prevent this from happening,  we advise you to use a delivery address where there will be someone in during the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.  

If you do not receive your parcel or notification of failed  delivery from the Post Office/or other providers within 5 working 

days of purchasing the product, please contact our team on 07870 667 384.  

We reserve the right to recharge for delivery at cost or in the event you wish to have a refund, to refund you less the actual amount paid by us for carriage (note for all but small items this is likely to be more than we charged you for carriage on your invoice). 

Delivery:

Small parcels up to 2kg will be delivered by  ‘signed for' small parcel service by Royal Mail/Hermes.  Larger parcels will be delivered by signed courier service. Parcels may take between 3-14 working days to be delivered. Please contact the Institute directly on  07870 667 384 to discuss delivery charges. 

Delivery Charges Delivery prices are automatically calculated. Delivery charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. 

Damaged or Defective Goods: We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us within  5 days if there are any problems. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you. 

Payment Options:

Beyond Move accepts Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa  Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards and uses a  secure payment system. Cheques can be mailed to us made payable to Beyond Move Limited – please print out your order and send it with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. If you wish to pay by BACs or would like to discuss payment options,  please contact our team directly on 07870 667 384. 

Order Confirmations: Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive an email order confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately at  

hello@beyondmove.com or call on 07870 667 384. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part of the order, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will notify you immediately and send the item as soon as we have it in stock. 

Out Of Stock:  

If an item is out of stock, payment can still be made for the item. If you have made other purchases and those items are in stock, we will send the items to you straight 

away, and the item out of stock will be sent separately at no extra charge once in stock. 

Refund policy:  

Returning your product because you changed your mind 

Please return your item unused and in original condition  (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 14 days and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund opened and used items. 

Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked; this can take up to 14 days. 

Returning a faulty item 

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.


LEGAL JURISDICTION

16) These terms and conditions and any regulations published by Beyond Move Ltd shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
